The hotel is located in a lovely village with stunning views and is conveniently situated downhill to the lake. Guests can also enjoy the nearby Pizza restaurant as well as the bar and cafe in the hotel itself. the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities. the staff provides acceptable service despite occasional delays due to the high number of guests. the breakfast options are varied and satisfying, and the pool and sauna facilities are a pleasant bonus.
The hotel could improve the quality of their tea and coffee, as it is commonly seen in hotels using thermal flasks.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean, and we were allowed to bring our pets with us. The best aspects of our stay were the convenient location in the centre of the valley, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the cafe and the nearby pizza restaurant. Furthermore, the hotel is close to the ski slopes, which was perfect for us as we love skiing. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Everything great.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views in every direction. The rooms were spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the hotel offered a convenient tunnel under the road, connecting the dining facilities with the entertainment area, which was especially helpful during rainy weather.
The service at the hotel was inconsistent. While there were times when the service came close to being satisfactory, these moments were infrequent.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the stunning views of the local scenery. the rooms were large and scrupulously clean, offering great views as well. the hotel provided pool and sauna facilities, which were a bonus for relaxation. the food was varied and good, and the all-inclusive package included house wine, beer, tea, coffee. the staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location was quite remote, with limited bus service to nearby towns. This made it difficult to explore the surrounding area without a car.
